It is situated just high enough for gorgeous, 180-degree ocean vistas, and low enough to allow its guests a ten-minute walk to either the beach or downtown. Each story has its own living area, bedroom (bottom floor has 2), full bath, and wraparound deck overlooking the tropical backyard and ocean. The large, multi-tiered backyard is a great place to get sun, have dinner, or just enjoy the tropical atmosphere.

The master suite includes a large "walk-through" closet, private deck off the bedroom, separate shower/ jacuzzi tub, and high-speed internet access.

There are three TVs, including one 60-inch High Definition TV in the top story living area. The master bedroom has a 42 inch LCD flatscreen TV.
