Description of the Laguna Beach vacation home rental
One of a kind home in beautiful Laguna Beach. Available for monthly rentals in shoulder seasons. Summer 2007 (June, July, August, September) requires a minimum of a two month rental.
Fabulous four bedroom, three bath house home puts the best of Laguna Beach at your doorstep. Pool, Jacuzzi, Outdoor Fireplace and fabulous expansive ocean view. Living Room and Great Room open to the pool and waterfall, as well as the large deck, lawn, and fruit orchard. Formal Dining room.
Master Bedroom Suite also has fireplace and opens to the ocean. Bath area has an ocean view with double shower including steam bath. Guest Wing has own sitting room and 2 bedrooms with a separate bath and double shower. Front courtyard has a beautiful fountain and the Fourth Bedroom (with a private bath) has petite French doors opening into this cozy area.
We are looking for a minimum of a three week rental between the above dates. Preview available. Located on Skyline Drive in Laguna Beach proper. Comparatively, a great value with loads of amenities.
