• Deposits: $250 deposit to hold dates for 1 week or more. Then entire amount due two weeks prior to stay(arrival date), it is then non-refundable.
   
• Other Fees: $175 cleaning fee applies to all. Security deposit of $800 is also required, it can be in a separate check which will be held un-cashed unless there are damages.
