This is a beautiful home located in Laguna Audubon, 5 minutes from downtown Laguna Beach and 5 minutes from the business Irvine Spectrum area. This home has all kinds of amenities that makes it very special for entertainment. Relax at home or take advantage of the many outside activities the area has to offer.

Area Information

This home is very centrally located in Laguna Audubon, between Laguna Beach and Irvine. Beaches, hiking trails and mountain bike trails are close by. A few minutes from the Irvine Spectrum Entertainment Center and from the Laguna Beach downtown and Laguna Playhouse. Very close to shopping centers, great restaurants and entertainment. Easy access to major freeways, toll roads and the Pacific Coast highway.

Superb house

August 19, 2012

6 adults and 1 child stayed for a month on vacation from UK. Everything from the location ( quiet but only 15 mins from Laguna Beach) to the comfort and amenities of the house was special. The pool and outdoor space was lovely allowing us to BBQ/Broil our food and comfortably dine alfresco Bedrooms all nicely furnished and the house had ample space indoors for our large group to peel off and find another tv or entertainment when they wanted. Would thoroughly recommend and hope to back in a year or so .

from the moment we walked into Pedro's vacation paradise our jaws dropped. This is the best vacation rental we have ever been in. Short drive to Laguna beach and located in an upscale neighborhood. The best part of the house was the pool, basketball court and outdoor living space. My kids did not want to leave. Pedro was excellent and showed us around. If you are considering a place to stay in when you ar in the Laguna area choose this one. You won't want to go home. We had a great time and will return again some day.

Amazing

We are a family of 5 (6 yrs and twins of 3yrs) and we spent the month of August last year in this amazing property. The children loved every minute of it. The house is beautiful, spacious and well equipped and the outside is stunning. Pedro made everything very easy for us and we would love to go back sometime. The kids keep asking when we are going back to Laguna Beach and to the same house. Very well located, closed to anything you might need and close the lots of attractions of California

AWESOME family vacation home

we are a family of 5 with three boys (14,11,5) and this home was awesome. The whole experience was positive from my first contact with the owner, through the stay, right up to recieving our deposit back. Owners were very helpful, easy to deal with and at our beck and call when we had any questions or concerns while we were staying in the house. The house was great but the real treat was the outdoor living/cooking area with the pool and sport court. It was like our own private resort. Restaurants, groceries and shopping was close by. The beach was a bit farther than we expected but no big deal. The house is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood and we would definitely stay there again. We hope to be back real soon.

AWESOME VACATION HOME

We recently stayed in this home. We have 3 girls and we had to drag them out of there.. The pool was immaculate and very private. The outdoor living area was so relaxing. The area was beautiful with shopping and beaches nearby. We were centrally located to San Diego and LA. The scenery was beautiful. We would definitely stay again. It was like a home away from home!!!!!!!
