Lower level has bamboo hardwood flooring, living room with leather sofabed couch and recliner, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and dishwaher. 2 balconies, one is patio size with table, chairs, and umbrella for outside eating and relaxation. There are 2 pools and 2 spa areas (1 is an adult only) on site.

Dana Point Harbor and beach area and ferry to Catalina Island is 5 minutes away. Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm Amusment Park is 25 minutes away. San Diego Zoo and Sea World Amusement Park is 1 hour and 30 minutes away. Also the Escondido Wild Animal Park in 1 hour and 30 minutes away.
