Description of the Lahaina vacation condo rental
Escape the cold and spend a week playing in the sand, swimming ,snorkeling in the ocean and loving the perfect relaxing weather of Hawaii over the Christmas holiday.
This week begins on Friday, December 21st to the next Friday, December 28th at the Kuleana Club in MAUI, Hawaii. Check in is at 4 pm. They are strict about the number of guests. This unit sleeps four.
This unit has a full kitchen. Which includes: a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and just about everything you have in your kitchen at home. Example: Plates, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, cookie sheets, dishwasher detergent and dish soap, etc. There is a large living room with entertainment center. One large master bedroom and a bed for guests or children to sleep on in the living room. There is a lanai in every condo to relax and watch the sunrise or sunset. There is a pool on site. Washer/dryer on site also, which is very handy.
I love condos. My Family and I will go to the store when we first arrive and buy breakfast foods including plain old cereal and milk and then we can get up and eat breakfast in our pj's just like at home and have our breakfast exactly the way we want it and not feel rushed to hurry and get "ready". Later we will go to the fresh seafood and fruit and vegetable markets and buy huge lobsters, shrimp and fresh fruit and veggies and make them at home. It is so simple and delicious and then we save $$$ and can go on more excursions or shopping or whatever. I also love a washer and dryer because I really only have a few outfits that I like and then I don't have to pack so much "stuff" and as a bonus I have more room for souvenirs. Plus, if your traveling with children... Do I need to say more'
FYI: This is a week that I own. I have owned this since 2002. I own 4 weeks and used one week to go on vacation this last April and loved it. I can recommend the Islands of Hawaii as true to their advertisements.
This week does not include airfare and Hawaii does charge a transit accomodation tax that you will be responsible for which is approximately $10-20 per week for the condo.
We are unable to use this week due to work constraints this year. This is a must sell.

Once you decide you want this week, and payment has been paid. Then I will mail you a certified letter with the confirmation paperwork you will need to take with you to the resort. I will also need a certified check as a deposit of $500.00 that I will keep uncashed to protect myself from damages to the condo. Check will be returned upon inspection of the resort to you. Contract is available upon your request.
