A very private - top floor, end unit - condo in Kuleana, a boutique resort with it's own beach. It is not a Kaannapali high rise, high density type resort. You will never feel crowded. You will never have to wait for an elevator. You will never have to look up to see the sky. It is a very peaceful place. You will be surrounded in beauty, in spacious grounds lush with tropical gardens.

To snorkel or just lay on a beach, most locations in Maui require you to drive somewhere. But Kuleana, subject to weather conditions, has its own SECRET – a pocket beach. A beautiful little cove situated within the gated grounds. While you will not find coral formations that equal Kapalua Bay (just 2.3 miles north), you will be able to snorkel among schools of reef fish, swim among green turtles and yes, just lay out on a sandy beach without leaving the resort. For variety, both Kahana Beach and Honokowai Beach Park are within a ten minute walk.

We have a very large heated swimming pool suitable for lap swimming, a newly surfaced tennis court and a shuffle board court. In the lanai like lobby you will find a ping-pong table, an honor library, an activity booking desk and reception. There is an on-site coin laundry and free parking. A popular feature of the resort is the four BBQ grill area situated on the ocean’s edge. Watching the sun set over the sea and the lighting of the tiki torches, while grilling, is a memorable experience.

Unit 322 Entering 322 for the first time is a very special experience. The stunning view of the Pacific reaches across the apartment and stops you in your tracks even before you set foot in the living room. You know instantly that you are about to have a wonderful vacation. The lanai is just 45 yards from the water’s edge and offers stunning views of the ocean and the islands of Lanaii and Molokaii. You can watch whales in season (December to April) and rainbows and sunsets unparalleled throughout the year.

This is a very private condo. It is a top (3rd) floor end unit, 21 stair steps above the parking area.There is no one above you and only one unit next to you separated by a thick block wall. There is a complete kitchen with all dish-ware, cookware. Parking and wireless Internet are provided free of charge.

Conveniently located, Kuleana is just 2 miles from Kaanapali / Whalers Village and 6 miles from Lahaina. Both provide a wide variety of shopping dining, entertainment and outdoor activities. If you don’t want to drive there is a bus to take you to both for $1. Within walking distance of the resort there are restaurants, cafes, a farmers market, a fish market (everything caught that day!) a supermarket and even an ABC store. Between Kapalua and Kaanapali there are four golf courses within three miles of Kuleana and another ten courses within a 45minute drive.
