Reviews for this vacation home rental in Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania
Great Place, very private and spacious. The space was clean and comfortable. Also, property is close to town with large amounts of food stores, and shopping areas. Also, close to the mountain for snowboarding and close to Lake for summer. Everything worked in this house except for the hot water that keep running out.
I went with a couple of adults and many children. The house was big and great! We all had a great time in the house. The video games, pool table, air hocky, dart board, fireplaces, hot tub; all of it, we had a GREAT time!
This was a great vacation! The house amenties were awesome and the nature around the house was incredible. A few things that could have been better- Knowing the process of signing in; knowing that we need to bring towels; knowing were to take our trash. Besides those couple things I would recommend to rent this house if you are looking for a great time and a relaxing atmosphere. Thanks Jonn and Scott for allowing us to use your home. We will see you again next year.
Our little vacation at this home was great. It was very relaxing and we wish we could have stayed longer. The house is very big, this is plenty of space for a big group and it is also a beautiful house. It was a great escape from city life. We saw and fed the deer, bbq and enjoyed the game room. We hope that next we will be able to come to the house again.
Our family of thirteen had a good time at the gameroom house. The grandkids all liked the games. We were also pleased with having the large bedrooms with groupings that allowed the families to be together since the kids are still pretty young. The big living room and eating area allowed us to enjoy each other's company. The pool/beach area was excellent, and the baseball diamond was a hit, partly because it had bases. Because the neighbor feeds the deer and woodchuck, the kids were able to feed deer right out of their hands. That and the gameroom will probably be their best memories.
myself and my family stayed at the gameroom house this past wkd. (feb.1-4) we had an awesome time. the house is huge with plenty of room and everything in it from kitchenware to amusement machines. my 3 grandchildren had so much fun with the game room arcade they did not want to go out. we did get them out snowtubing right in the hideout and the rates were half the price of the large ski resorts. they also have reasonable skiing rates. the deer are everywhere and the kids were feeding them almost out of their hands. they liked apples and bread. i would strongly reccomend this home to any family large or small. we had 13 in our party and extra beds we did not even use. this is our second year there and we plan on continuing to go back yearly.
our family stayed at the gameroom house in january. my sister and i (ages 35,37) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. we have sons, both age 4. they had so much fun. snow tubing, horseback riding nearby, and their favorite was the gameroom. there was numerous video games and air hockey they loved. the jacuzzi was awesome. the deer came within 6 foot of us and we fed them apples and bread. plenty of space to accomodate our large family. ( 10 ADULTS 4 CHILDREN). can't wait till next year so we can do it again. i reccomend the gameroom house for any family wanting to get away and enjoy all the poconos has to offer.
myself and my family stayed at the gameroom house the last weekend in january for 4 days. everything was perfect. two roaring fireplaces, so many games and things to do in the gameroom. myself and my wife enjoyed the hot tub. my grandchildren loved the games and really enjoyed feeding the deer right in the driveway. i hope to return yearly as does my entire family. we had 14 in our party and had excellent sleeping quarters and plenty of room with the upstairs and downstairs being so huge. kitchen had everything. i reccomend anyone wanting to have a great family getaway to stay at this house. ron smith
