Description of the Lake Arrowhead vacation cabin rental

Enjoy a relaxing vacation retreat. Large custom creekside home plus a vintage guest house, accommodating up to 25 guests. There is a deck and back yard with BBQs and patio dining. Main cabin has: a huge fireplace, four bedrooms one with king size bed and one with a double sofa bed, a huge bunkhouse dorm bedroom with two queen size beds, one double bed, one single bed and a room with four single beds. Vintage guest house has kitchen, dining, living room plus 3 bedrooms: One with a king size bed, one with a double bed, one with two double beds and a double bed downstairs. Suitable for Large or small multi-family retreat. Lake Arrowhead Beach Club Pass is available for hiking, picnics, fishing & swimming (Lake Arrowhead is a private lake. Guests can access the beach clubs with this pass).
Off street parking for up to 5 cars. Walking distance to the lake, Lake Arrowhead Village, community, shops, outlet mall, restaurants, arcade, kiddy rides, hiking trails, bike paths. Horseback riding, boating & seasonal skiing with snowboarding & sledding in close proximity: Snow Valley, Snow Summit and Lake Gregory for boating.

Located in beautiful Lake Arrowhead, where a quaint lakeside village affords upscale dining, shopping, first class entertainment, children's activities, lake side walks, picnic areas, outlet mall, tour boats, water sports, fishing, swimming and seasonal recreation. This area has been described as the "Alps of Southern California" located at an altitude of 5100' in the San Bernardino Mountains (90 minutes from Orange County & Los Angeles) Lake Arrowhead, a 784-acre lake known as the "Jewel of Southern California", is the perfect setting to unwind and renew your spirit.

Granny's cabin is in a very peaceful area but within walking distance to the village and lake. We offer speakers for Christian marriage groups, and a Christian minister for weddings, renewing vows, baby dedications or Sunday services.

 Way to start a New Year !!!, January 6, 2008

This was a very relaxing way to start a New Year and celebrate my sons' bday. The cabin was "home away from home". Everything was well organized and having cable and internet was a luxury...as my boys said "thats awesome !!!" It is so spacious and clean.It was so close to the Village and of course Snow Valley . But most of all the owners are really great and accomodating. We all felt so welcomed that it reflects the coziness of her cabin.Definitely coming back...

Thank you for a wonderful time. We just had a ball. We played board games, watched stupid funny movies, ate together, talked, laughed together, enjoyed hot coco in front of the fireplace and never got out of our PJ's. We all needed the rest, closeness with our teens and a true family connection. All of our outside, lakeside, village shopping plans just didn't seem so important. Thanks Again !

We vacationed at the cabin on a rainy, cold, foggy weekend and it was still absolutely fantastic! My daughter loved all the toys and the movies to watch and going on walks on the snow-lined streets. The cabin is nicely furnished and there is abundant room for everyone. The kitchen is very well stocked and felt like ours at home. The decor was very homey and inviting. We were sung as a bug with the heater on! I stayed in the upstairs "apartment" and loved the private deck. The closeness to the village was great and we were able to get all our groceries to make a big family meal. My family and I want to come back as often as we can. I highly recommend this cabin and will definitely be back! Thank you for the great experience.
