Description of the Lake Arrowhead vacation condo rental

Located in the heart of beautiful Lake Arrowhead Village. Walk to the village stores, the lake, restaurants, and Stater Bros Supermarket. Talk about convenience! Perfect for families that enjoy the great outdoors and a little shopping. Recently remodeled, this condo has a TV in the master bedroom and a 32' Plasma in the living room both with Dish Network. It offers a DVD Player and a stereo. You can go swimming in our beautiful pool or relax in the jacuzzi. You can also go fishing on our private dock or jump into the lake from the dock. Come and enjoy the
fresh air, do a little shopping, a little hiking, a little fishing and a lot of family time.

Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and as our guest, you will have the privilege to use our beach club
pass. The beach club pass will give you access to hiking trails along the lake, use of some the sandy beaches on the lake and fish in the lake from our dock. Sorry no personal watercraft permitted (per ALA).

What sets us apart from most other rental properties is the fact that we are right in the Lake Arrowhead Village so you don't have to deal with driving around looking for parking. We also have a private dock that you can use.

Area Information

Lake Arrowhead is situated high in the San Bernardino mountains, just a short drive from Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Palm Springs. Lake Arrowhead sits at just above 5,000ft above sea level. Free weekend concerts at Lake Arrowhead Village in the summer. During the winter months, snow is plow or removed from driveways and stairways of unit.

Lake Arrowhead is one the premier fishing spot in Southern California. If you love trout fishing, you will love Lake Arrowhead. You can catch trouts all year round. We also have a healthy population of Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Catfish, carps (20lbs+), and a variety of panfish (Crappies, Bluegills, etc...) Because it is a private lake, fishing areas for our guest(s) is limited. Once we receive your booking confirmation. Detials of areas that are open for fishing for our guest will be sent to you. A California Fishing license is required. Get ready for the fresh water fishing experience of your life!!!

Comfortable condo

The condo was pretty nice. Definitely convenient. It across from Stater Brothers. Had garage parking. And a short walk to the Village. The condo is spacious for 4-6. Pretty clean. Has the amenities of home. We enjoyed our stay. Would rent this property again.

Lake Arrowhead Chalets

We enjoyed our stay at Lake Arrowhead Chalets. We were surprised how big the condo complex was. The interior of the condo was nice and clean. The price was reasonable and worth the money. The exterior of the condos needs to be painted (peeling and chipped paint) to give it a "fresher" updated appearance. The pool was closed and there is no jacuzzi. There is a spacious clubhouse with a pool and ping pong table. The pool and clubhouse area is a walk and not very close to the condos. The customer service was helpful and professional. I would stay there again because it is a good value.

Quiet and Clean

Our stay at this condo was very enjoyable. We found it to be very, very clean and quiet. As I am a Senior, the close proximity to the Village was a very big plus! My daughter and son-in-law, who did the cooking, found the kitchen to have everything they needed. A couple of small things: the skylight on West side could use some sort of shade and the igniter switch didn't work well on the barbeque... That aside, our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Another plus: the security deposit has been returned to us in a timely manner

The condo is very nice. Its in the upper village. The pool is just below, the garage is just right outside. You can walk for hours from this place. I would hesitate to stay with dogs because of the stairs but to each his own. I had a very nice stay.
