YOU'LL LOVE IT! Spend some time in the mountains! Approx 1-1 1/2 hour drive from many Southern California Locations. Lake Arrowhead is known as "The Alps of Southern California".

A WONDERFUL VACATION RETREAT! BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED CUSTOM HOME! UPSCALE AND COMFORTABLE FURNISHINGS! SUPER CLEAN, Large Rooms, Formal Dining Room which accommodates up to 8 (a formal dining room is rare in Lake Arrowhead rentals), Breakfast Nook with a Bay Window, Fully Loaded Kitchen with Small Island, Washer/Dryer, Fireplace, 2 Decks with Patio Furniture, Gas Barbeque, 2 Large Market Umbrellas on Patio (seasonal) - all in a Forest Setting!

This is not an old cabin - it's a beautiful and well appointed vacation home - you won't be disappointed!!

FULL SIZE AIR HOCKEY TABLE - large, fast, arcade style complete with electronic scoreboard and sound effects!

WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET throughout the home! Bring your laptop with you!

Beautiful and serene setting in an upscale area near country club/golf course and national forest on a quiet street. A walk around the golf course with view of golf course lake or a hike in the nearby forest is great!

LAKE ARROWHEAD BEACH CLUB PASS is made available to our guests during Summer season for swimming (Lake Arrowhead is a private lake but our guests can access the beach clubs with this pass)!

WONDERFUL FOR EITHER FAMILIES OR COUPLES!

SLEEPS 2-8. Master Suite has 1 KING Bed with reading area, 2nd Bedroom has 1 QUEEN Bed, 3rd Bedroom sleeps 4 with 1 Bunk Bed which has a FULL Bed, TWIN Bunk and TWIN Trundle. Living Room has a FULL Size Sofa Bed in Sectional Sofa which also has a very comfortable Chaise and Recliner.

4 TVs - ALL WITH CABLE (1 in Living Room and 1 in Each Bedroom)!!! TV in Living Room has DVD and SURROUND SOUND. TVs in Bedrooms also have DVD players. Have the kids bring their video game system for the 3rd Bedroom - it's a great space for young or older kids/teens to watch TV, play video games or just hang out - very spacious, almost like a kid's or teen's den!

Parking for 2-3 cars (depending on size) on our property.

Vacation Rental Rates:
Non-Holiday 2 Day Weekend: $195/night plus $30 Management Fee (2 night minimum)

Mid-Week: $170/night plus $30 Management Fee

Holiday Weekends: $225/night plus $30 Management Fee (3 night minimum)

7 Night Discount Special (Non-Holiday): Please inquire

Thanksgiving Holiday: Please inquire for 2008

Christmas Week: Please inquire for 2008

New Year's Week: Please inquire for 2008/2009

One Month: Please inquire, limited availability, qualifications apply.

7% Lodging Tax required by the County of San Bernardino and collected on the Rental Amount.

Note: Late Sunday or Monday a.m. checkouts may be arranged for no extra charge if property is not occupied the following day (non-holiday weekends only)! Subject to arrangement with owner.

50% deposit required to hold all reservations within 1 week of booking. Remaining balance required no later 30-45 days prior to arrival (depending on rental period). Additional $30-$60 Management Fee and $250 Refundable Cleaning/Security/Damage Deposit also required. $250 Cleaning/Security/Damage Deposit is refundable if property is returned as it was found, fully cleaned and in an undamaged condition. 30 day cancellation notice required for refunds, however, if reservation is cancelled but property is re-rented during same time period, your deposit may be used toward a future stay.

Children welcome! Please inquire with owner regarding a pet which is allowed with certain conditions - we never charge extra rental fees or extra deposit fees for an approved and well behaved pet - many other vacation homes will charge you extra. Pets must be approved by owner prior to stay. No Smoking Please.

Bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels. We provide comforters, blankets, pillows, paper goods and all kitchen dinnerware, cookware, utensils, etc. Property must be left in the same cleaned and undamaged condition prior to departure.

We happened to arrive in beautiful Lake Arrowhead the weekend after a huge storm which brought a ton of snow. The house was great and had all the amenities we needed. The heater worked great along with everything else. I was very impressed on how clean and well-kept everything was. We will be staying there again!

We've stayed here a few times and not once have we had anything to complain about. The home is very nice and very clean and has all the comforts of home and the location is just beautiful. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and this definitely won't be the last time we rent this wonderful home.

We stayed for the weekend in this North Shore location of Lake Arrowhead. The house is very cozy, warm, and inviting. The beds were very comfortable. Would recommend staying here. Also, enjoyed a very nice dinner at Pasta Mia.

My family stayed here and loved it. The cabin is very roomy and very homey. We felt right at home as soon as we walked it. In a nice location, not far from Blue Jay and Lake Arrowhead. We would definitely stay here again. The woman we dealt with to rent it was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us easy directions and we had a wonderful time.
