Description of the Lake Arrowhead vacation home rental

Beautiful home on Lake Arrowhead's north shore. Below is a list of the rooms & amenities.

Parking/Entry - Gentle stairs from street down to front deck and house entrance. Off-street parking for four cars.

MAIN FLOOR: Kitchen - Dining Room - Living Room - Master Suite - 2 Bedrooms - Bathroom - Balcony

With no walls seperating them, the kitchen, dining room and living room create a great space for family and friends to enjoy together.

Kitchen - side-by-side refrigerator, two electric ovens, gas stove, mirowave, dishwasher, automatic coffee maker, blender, bread maker, mixer, dishes, pots & pans, flatware, glasses/mugs.

Dining room - large wood table seats 8

Living room - dinette table seats 4, fireplace, 42" tv, surround sound system, DVD player, Dish Network DVR with premium channels, couch, two chairs, coffee tables.

Both dining room and living room are flanked with windows and sliding glass doors that open onto two beautiful balconies with beautiful lake views.

Balcony - couch, two chairs, ottoman, coffee table (all patio style furniture), tall dining set with 4 chiars, bbq with natural gas feed.

Master Suite - two bathrooms: one a regular full bath, the other dual sinks, toilet, and an over-sized shower; king-size bed, tv/dvd/stereo, Bose surround sound speaker system, walk-in closet, bay window, sitting area, ceiling fan, lots of big windows - great views and natural light.

Off the kitchen, at the top of the main stairs are two bedrooms and a full bath. Bedroom one has a king side bed, closet, dresser, nightstands and a beautiful bay window with a bench. Bedroom two has two twin beds, gigantic closet with floor to ceiling mirrored doors, dresser and a beautiful bay window sitting area.

LOWER LEVEL: Den, Kitchenette, Game Room, Bedroom, Bathroom, Laundry, Balcony w/hot tub

Den amenities - 42" tv, dvd, cd, surround sound stereo, Dish Network, L-shape Lay-Z-Boy sleeper sofa (sleeps two), chair & ottoman, coffee table.

Kitchenette area is part of the den and has: sink, electric stove & oven, small/med refrigerator, oak table seats 6.

Balcony - 6 person hot tub, exterior speakers from den entertainment center, privacy curtain, and a charcoal Weber bbq (for the pure-ist bbqrs).

Game Room - pool table, fire place, leather couch, 50" rear proj. tv, vcr, bar counter.

Bedroom / Bathroom / Laundry - just off the den is a
full bathroom; a bedroom, with two twin beds, nightstand, dresser and closet; laundry hall with full size Maytag washer and dryer.

MISC INFORMATION
While its basically a two-story house, in addition to the main stairway, there are also three mini-stairways.

The balconies and front deck provide lots of useable outdoor area. The rest of the property/yard is wooded, steeply sloped, and hard to access.

The house is part of the Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA) and therefore has lake access rights. I can give you more information about this if you're interested.

House is about 10 minutes outside Blue Jay and 15 from Lake Arrowhead Village. Blue Jay has a Jensen's Fine Food full service grocery store, dining (Mc Donalds to fine), CVS, Radio Shack, movie theaters, hardware, nursery.... There are medical services in Blue Jay and a 24 hour emergency hospital just 5 minutes away.

On-site maid/butler service including: cooking, cleaning/housekeeping, laundry, baby sitting, shopping service. My personal assistant will provide the services.
