Bedrooms - the main level also has two guest bedrooms and a full bath. One of the bedrooms has a king side bed, closet, dresser, nightstands and a beautiful bay window with a bench. The other bedroom has two twin beds, gigantic closet with floor to ceiling mirrored doors, dresser and a beautiful bay window sitting area.
LOWER LEVEL: Large Den with a kitchenette, Game Room, Bedroom, Bathroom, Laundry Hall, Balcony w/hot tub, and Balcony with a charcoal bbq.
Den amenities - 50" plasma TV, dvd, cd, stereo, Dish Network, L-shape Lay-Z-Boy sofa which converts to a bed and sleeps two, chair & ottoman, coffee table.
Kitchenette area is part of the den and has: sink, electric stove & oven, small/med refrigerator, oak table (expandable to seat 8).
Balcony - 6 person hot tub, exterior speakers from den entertainment center, privacy curtain. Second balcony has a charcoal Weber bbq.
Game Room - pool table, fire place, leather couch, 50" rear proj. tv, dvd, vcr, bar counter.
Bedroom / Bathroom / Laundry - just off the den is a
full bathroom; a bedroom, with two twin beds, nightstand, dresser and closet; and a laundry hall with full-sized Maytag washer and dryer.
MISC INFORMATION
This is a split-level, two-story house. In addition to the stairs from mail level to lower level - there are also three additional mini-stairways.
The balconies and front deck provide lots of useable outdoor area. The rest of the property/yard is wooded, steeply sloped, and hard to access.
The house is part of the Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA) and therefore has lake access rights. I can give you more information about this if you're interested.

Everything you could ask for and more. Walking distance to shopping and near enough to town, but a quick walk and your at the lake - and a quick drive and you're lost in the woods. The cabin is immaculately kept - great kitchen, bar, rooms, heat, laundry. We especially loved the hot tub. Can't say enough good things. We'll be back.

This new home is in a very nice neighborhood. It backs to the forrest, but is still close to shopping as well as to a bridge to the north side of the lake. It was a lucky choice for our two small families. Having two king beds was great. The kitchen is better than average for big bear. For the most part the home was in great condition, though some of the jacuzzi jets didn't work and a couple of the interior doors wouldn't latch. The home lacks the game room common in some Big Bear cabins, but overall is still much nicer than most.

We had a mixed group and it worked out perfectly. We were able to cook for a large group, with the stocked kitchen. We are all considering a stay in the summer for fun on the lake.

Layout of the house was perfect. We had 4 families and some children, but the floorplan always let you go someplace for peace and quiet. Plenty of outdoor patio space to relax with good views of the lake and surrounding forest. The kitchen and dining room open to the patio and is a good place to enjoy the morning. The house has everything you need to cozy up next to the fire and stay at the house all weekend. Pack your bathing suit, load up the car with friends and groceries and enjoy this place for the weekend. This place will be my first choice when I return.

we had a great time in this vacation home. The way the house is laid out, it was great for our family members whose ages ranged from 13 to 60.Each one pursued what they loved and yet were together. I would use the accommodation again
