Our large one-bedroom Casita's design takes advantage of and incorportates three of the estates wonderful features: the lake view; the swimming pool and the gardens which can all be viewed from the bedroom due to floor to ceiling glass doors.

Your bedroom doors open to a large covered porch that includes outdoor seating and your own kitchenette with fridge.

In addition to USA direct TV in your room, Guests have access to the Main Estates gardens, gymnasium and office which includes high-speed internet.

Concierge services, cellular telephone and breakfast is included while catering options and Spa services are available upon request.

Area Description

This Casita is located in Santa Caterina, the next town over from Panajachel and the property is located on what is called "Mansion Row" by the locals.

The Views are breathtaking.
Some of the most beautiful hotels and gourmet dining is a short distance away along with unlimited tours and excursions.

We are a ten minute drive from Panajachel, the main tourist town on the lake that offers a wide and full range of shopping, restaurants, cafes, live music venues, Spanish Language Schools and a variety of adventure and cultural tourist activities.
