Two full kitchens, one on the upper level and the other on the lower level. Each kitchen has all the cooking and eating utensils you need to prepare gourmet meals or have a casual brunch. Main level Dining table seats 10, island seats 5 and game table seats 5 more all on main level. Two laundry rooms furnished with cleaning supplies, game room with pool and darts. TV's in all rooms with Direct Tv. Stereo and CD player in both living and family rooms. WiFi available. All linen and bath
towels provided and most paper products.

Boat house has room for a big party on its upper deck. Fully furnished with a 6 ft serving bar, mini refrigerator, patio table, loveseat,2 rocking chairs and 4 lounge chairs perfect for sun bathing. and other deck chairs if needed. Plus swim dock 32 x 32 with whips for mooring your boat or jet ski. Multiple Swim floats, & loungers already here on lower boat house level. Bring your bathing suit,beach towels, flip flops and sunblock. 110 ft on the water with great views.
