Custom built home encompassing 2 acres ON Lake Burton! The ONLY lake in north GA not effected by the drought. The lake is full and ready for water sport fun. Bring your friends and family to enjoy this 3 level, 6700 Sq Ft completely furnished lake front home. Features 3 covered decks over looking the lake. Each deck is fully furnished with outdoor furniture. All bedrooms have easy access to all the decks. Two full kitchens, one on the upper level and the other on the lower level. Each kitchen has all the cooking and eating utensils you need to prepare gourmet meals or have a casual brunch.

Boat house has room for a big party on the upper deck. Fully furnished with a Dinning table that seats 6 and 4 lounge chairs perfect for sun bathing.

The house is so big that it will accommodate two plus families at the same time. It 's so big you won 't trip over one another during your stay. Please call or email us.

There is plenty to do during your stay or sit back, relax and enjoy the fantastic views of the lake and mountains.

Required Stay: One week minimum
Deposits: $500 security, remaining rental fee balance is promptly due 45 days before your stay. Security Dep coverts to a damage deposit upon your arrival and does not go towards the rental fees.
Other Fees: cleaning $250.00

This lovely, convenient, and beautifully appointed lake home was a vacation dream come true for our family reunion. Our children and grandchildren were equally impressed and had a wonderful time swimming, boating, playing pool, and enjoying each other in a near perfect environment. All from TX, FL, DE, and MD agreed that it was well worth the trip and a great location. This home has so much space that there is no chance of getting in someone’s way with its many areas of living and entertainment. We were all even speaking to each other when we left! We thank you for such a wonderful vacation.

We had a wonderful trip that included three families. There was plenty of room and great views of the lake. We spent most of our time around the expansive dock and boathouse and will defintely be back for more next summer!
