Deluxe 1 bedroom casa fully equipped, satellite television, telephone, internet, offstreet parking, secure, 1 block from lake, where the white pelicans winter. 1 block to buses, and convenience store, and walk to restaurants and pool. Peaceful garden with fountain to enjoy numerous birds dipping.

Area Information

Lake Chapala has the perfect climate. Enjoy some of old Mexico charm and so much of the new and modern Mexico.
My casa is located between Chapala & Ajijic with easy access in either direction, 30 minutes to Guadalajara International airport and 45 minutes to the beautful city of Guadalajara, Tonala & Tlaquepaque where most of the wonderful products of Mexico come from. A SHOPPERS DREAM!

Sandi and Mike's Casita

Our two month stay at this casita was a pleasure. Our hosts, Sandi and Mike, could not have been more helpful with introducing us to the area, which was all new to us. The casita was well equiped and very comfortable. We enjoy barbequing outdoors so our hosts made sure that we had a new one delivered when we expressed our wish . We were constantly in touch with home with the internet connection and the satellite dish for Canadian TV news. The beautiful courtyard with flowers and fountain made sitting outdoors a pleasure. We certainly enjoyed our stay and hope to return .

Perfect cottage in an ideal area

This house is a perfect hide-away for two. It is in a quiet area, centrally located between Chapala and Ajijic, and we divided our time between the two towns, and surrounding areas. You do need a car to get around, but it is not far to get to anything. The owner, Sandi, is helpful and friendly. The courtyard with fountain is very relaxing. The house does not have a view of the lake, but it is about a half block walk to the water.
