the rent is 600 dollars for long term or 700 for short term.

the weather is ideal all year round. rains at night and during the day we have sunshine. during winter months the temp is from 79 - 85 degrees F.

THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE FOR VACATIONING IT'S SECURE AND CLOSE TO LAKE CHAPALA.THE CASITA IS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. THE OWNER IS NICE AND SHE MAKES SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEAD.
