Description of the Lake City vacation home rental

Charming 3 bedroom 1 bath home w/in walking distance(only 3 blocks)to beach and town, yet completely secluded on a dead end street.2 acre lot with barn for protecting boats, 4 wheelers, snowmobiles, bikes, w a large attached kennel for pets. Huge fire pit, deck w gas grill, patio set, and fresh herbs growing next to it for your cooking enjoyment.Bicycles are available on site for your use. A basketball is supplied-new court just a couple blocks away. Kitchen is fully stocked, TV/DVD/VCR, AC, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Beautiful gardens, and every room is themed in lodge style/up north or antiques. Great place to stay if fishing,hunting, snowmobiling, mushrooming, or just getting away from it all, very quiet and peaceful.A high chair is available for your convenience.All payments can be done through PayPal.

Lake City is a quaint little town with a beautiful lake as it's centerpiece. The fishing on Lake Missaukee is great year round with good numbers of panfish, walleye, and pike.Snowmobile, bicycle, and cross country trails are close by. Cadillac is 15 minutes away, Houghton Lk. is 20 min., and Northern Michigan's largest city, Traverse City, is 45 min. away.

Lake city is not far from Traverse City-50 miles, great shopping, wineries, right on Lake Mi. Also, just a 15 minute drive to Cadillac or Houghton Lake for all water sports when you get tired of catching all the fish here! The main snowmobile trail that connects most of northern Michigan is located with in a mile of the rental.

• Deposits: $200 to hold rental. $100 damage deposit-refundable after satisfactory inspection made after departure. We will try to accomodate cancellations due to emergencies, however please give us 2 weeks notice! After that a penalty fee will be assessed.
   
• Other Fees: Non refundable weekly charge for 1 dog, $50. or $10 night short stay. Multiple dogs negotiable, call for info.Less than a week also requires non refundable cleaning fee of $35.00

We spent 1 week at Lake City (we wished we could stay longer). We enjoyed it so much. Everything you need is there. The weather, water, giant front and back yards, roomy, secluded, charming place. We went for day trips to Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes. We passed by the Amish villages. Our family had a blast. Our dog loved that too. We would love to come again.
