Description of the Lake Cypress Springs vacation home rental

Waterfront house #4 on the main part of the lake. It is near the towns of Mt. Vernon & Winnsboro, TX approx. 10 miles from I 30 exit 146 at Mt. Vernon, TX. located in the beautiful gated community of Barker Creek. Our house has a large deck w/chaise, table, 6 chairs & BBQ grill. There is a large common boat dock which you can tie up to the sides, but not in the boat slips as they are individually owned. There is 6 acres of common ground with many beautiful trees, water, birds, squirrels, walking, etc. My house is fully furnished (with the exception of sheets, pillowcases, towels & personal items. There is a limit of 6 people. No visitors coming down for an hour or a day.

Winter Rates-Sept./After Labor Day through Feb.

Week day (mon. thru Wed) 1st night $100.00 2nd $85.00

2 Night Weekend #4 $260.00

3 Night Weekend #4 $375.00

Week #4 $695.00

HOLIDAY RATES - 3 night $435.00 Week $825.00

There is also a cleaning fee of $25.00 and 6% Hotel Tax and a deposit of $100.00. The deposit is totallly refundable if our Rental Agreement is followed and the home is not damaged.

Our lake house is located in East Texas off I 30 take exit 146 Mount Vernon and is approx. 10 miles to Lake Cypress Springs. It is near the towns of Mt. Vernon & innsboro, TX. Cypress Springs Lake was voted "Most Beautiful Lake in Texas" by Big D Magazine for several years. Winnsboro has shops, a winery, spa, steak house and bands on the weekend.

My family all had a Great time celebrating my B' Day at the Chalet, they were very nice & clean & were furnished very nicely. We enjoyed the Cookouts on the Great Super Large Deck with such Beautiful Trees.We Rented a Boat & was able to pull up long side the Boat Dock & also fish from there. Lake Cypress Springs has some really Beautiful Homes along the water, we enyoyed the View's of those Fabulous Homes.
