Right Price, Comfortable home

Good Value for Lake Geneva, and so nice to be able to bring our dogs. And nice that the owners allowed our nephew to park their 5th wheel in the driveway. We had a very enjoyable time. The house itself is older and needs some updating, and we were lucky the summer temps did not make it into the 90's. The living room AC and fans in the bedrooms worked fine with the summer temps in the mid 80's. The 1 bathroom on the main was nice, but the second bath in the unfinished basement was ok. Nice wrap around deck. Comfortable living area. Clean and worked find for our family.

Nice wrap around deck and very large living room with flat screen TV. Kitchen a little limited in cooking utensils if you are planning on preparing meals. As other reviews mention second bathroom is in basement. However the basement is clean and uncluttered so to don’t see an issue. No working dishwasher but I don’t see one advertised so no big deal. Located on large lot in a quiet neighborhood.

A sisters' 4 day weekend

We rented this house for a sisters' 4 days getaway; 4 of us. The house was fit our needs and was adequate It sits on a quiet wooded lot not far from downtown Lake Geneva. The description says 2 bathrooms but the 2nd is in a musty unfinished basement so we didn't use it. If you use this house during a hot spell it might not be cool enough for you. The portable air unit doesn't cool off the whole house, the bedrooms are in the back so they don't get cooled off very well. We anticipated this so we brought two box fans along which worked out well. All-in-all we had a good time.

Lake Geneva retreat

The home was very comfortable and had a great location for exploring the Lake Geneva, WI area. The space worked well for our party (2 couples), had a good size kitchen, great space for playing games, a wonderful wrap around porch and a flat screen TV for football watching (and DVD player for movies after the game!) A HUGE bonus was being able to bring our dog with us! We had really nice 3 days and am really glad I found this rental!

Delightful Getaway

My parents, siblings and I spent a fantastic holiday weekend resting, playing games, watching movies and enjoying each other's company at this peaceful home. It's convenient to Lake Geneva stores and restaurants, but feels very private and secluded. We saw lots of deer, and our dogs loved "tracking" them through woods and playing in the snow on the wraparound deck. There was plenty of room for eight adults to be comfortable. The spacious living room and dining room table were just right for our needs. It was the perfect location for our us to meet for our holiday get-together -- stress-free and relaxing.

Quiet and peaceful but not remote. At dawn you can usually see deer in the back yard. Great for walking,hiking or biking. The beach, boating, fishing, shopping, restaurants and entertainment are a short distance away. All conveniences in the house. Relax and enjoy.
