A most Memorable Vacation!!!!!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this cabin!!!! It was nicer than we ever imagined, with all the things we needed to cook, relax, and play. We all (6) fit very comfortably in this warm and cozy cabin. Everything was clean and neat when we arrived. My family immediately gravitated to Noel's extraordinary record collection! We are big music buffs, and enjoy listening to records even at home. This was a big treat!The view from the deck was perfect, looking out at the mountain as the sun shone on it each morning. We enjoyed coffee on the deck every morning, and regrouped there every evening as well. The fire pit was a perfect place for our familiy to gather, reminisce, and laugh together every night, with stars shining brightly up in the sky! Hiking and rock scrambling were wonderful in the area, as was fishing and tubing at the canyon. One of our boys caught 8 trout!!!!!! We enjoyed a day trip to Pike's Peak - what a breathtaking site!!!! The birds were amazing! With 4 Humming bird feeders on the deck, we were always entertained. There were also so many other birds to watch and observe from a very cose distance. The Perrans provided so much for us - even had fresh flowers and a bottle of wine on the table when we arrived. We wish we could have met them in person. All in all, it was like a paradise for us! We would love to return! Absolutely NO complaints!!!!!

Wonderful vacation cabin!

What a wonderful cabin! This cabin is very private and quiet. Our kids (ages 15, 12, 10) loved the tire swing and horse shoes along with the nature that was around! Great bird watching along with animals easy to view from porch. Our family enjoyed this cabin to relax for a day and was an awesome basecamp for the days when we took off to do activities like Pikes Peak and White water rafting in Canon City! Can't wait to return! Thank you for letting us share your wonderful cabin. It was just perfect! Matt and Michelle

This is the cabin I have always dreamed of owning. Stayed here with my wife after the wedding for a mini honeymoon. Had an Awesome time! Can't wait to spend more time there.

Just what we were looking for! The cabin is charming and the location feels secluded, even with homes nearby. There was plenty of room for the kids to explore. The owners have really made this cabin an experience...fire pit, tire swing, hummingbirds. Everything was clean and inviting. Thanks! Hope we'll be back!

Fantastic Get-a-way

Secluded and serene. Great hiking; loved canoeing,horseshoes,tireswing and great family stories around the fire pit. We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching Mother Nature. We can,t see these things in the hustle and bustle of the city life.The cabin itself was beyond what we anticipated. Very clean and cozy. We didn,t allow the kids to bring any electronic games; this was our family time. Listening to the old records got everyones attention. The two days we spent there was way to short; all agreed we must do this again. So, until next time we can only dream of the great time we all shared at the cabin.
