Description of the Lake George vacation home rental
Enjoy this Raised Ranch, located in Diamond Point, with great views of Long Island and Speaker Heck Islands, on Lake George. The home is located in a small development, with lake rights to 100' of private Beach area, for the development only.
LOCATION: Situated 3 miles north of Lake George Village, the home is located in a small residential development, on a dead-end road.
CAPACITY: the home contains 3 bedrooms and 2 full land 1 1/2 bath. The home can accomodate 6 - 8 people easily.
The lower level has a 2 car garage, familyroom, and 1/2 bath with laundry facilities. The first level has a greatroom with livingroom, with wood fireplace, diningroom seating 6 - 8 and full kitchen. There is a balcony with gas grill for those easy summer meals.
There is a full bath and 2 bedrooms. The front bedroom, overlooking the lake has a full bed and 2 singles. The 2nd bedroom has a queen and 1 twin bed. There is a large deck, overlooking the lake, with ample seating.
The 3rd level has a master bedroom, with wood fireplace, master bath and balcony overlooking the lake.
We provide blankets, pillows and bedspreads. You bring your own linens.
No pets are allowed.
No smoking in the house is allowed.
Rates: $1700 per week for June and September - November
$2000 per week, Saturday to Saturday rental from July thru August.

Area Information
Lake George is a 32 mile, beautiful, crystal clear lake, located 3 hr ride from New York City and Northern New Jersey. It is a 45 minute ride from Albany airport.
Boat rentals are available on the Lake and there are many shops and nice reataurants, within 10 minute ride north or south.
The Sagamore Hotel, located in Bolton Landing has gold, spa pool or gym facilities for a daily rate. If hiking is your choice, there are many excellent hiking trails nearby. To the south of Lake George are factory outlet shops and a 6 Flags amusement park, wiht indoor and outdoor water parks. What ever you are looking for to do on your vacation, is within 10 to 20 minutes from the home.
