Large, 5 Bedroom / 2 Bath Mountain Chalet style home (Sleeps 18+) in exclusive "Estates of Lake Harmony".
Mins away from Big Boulder Ski/Snow Tubing and Split Rock Indoor Waterpark (both attractions are located within Lake Harmony Community). Wood panel style interior. Perfect for multiple families. Two wood-burning fireplaces, Pool table, wraparound deck w/Grill, Digital Cable & Wireless Broadband. First Level has Large Family Room with wrap-around sectional sofa surrounding working wood-fireplace. Large open game area with Pool Table, Darts. First Level also includes Two Bedrooms, Full Bathroom & Washer/Dryer area. Second floor has two bedrooms, second full bathroom, an open living area (20 ft Ceiling) with Sofa & Loveseat, and access to large deck for entertaining or enjoying the frequent deer that walk thru the grounds. A second wood-burning fireplace in the Living Area. Beautiful Pocono woods setting. 3rd Level Large Loft Bedroom. Chalet is Non Smoking - For your convenience, Ashtrays are on the Deck and outside the 1st Level Entrance. No Prom groups. No young groups under 25 years old. Lake Harmony Estates is directly adjacent to Big Boulder Ski Resort and Jack Frost is just 3 miles away. Large powerboat Lake with beach area. Excellent restaurants (Nick’s Lakehouse, Split Rock) & nightlife (Shennanigan’s) inside Lake Harmony grounds. Split Rock Lodge located within Lake Harmony Community just opened a brand new water park!!!! The park contains three large slides, a wave pool, a three-story tree house with squirting water toys and dumping buckets, and a Flow Rider (simulates waves suitable for surfing). The park also includes a play area for toddlers, a food court, and a tiki bar.
Within 0-5 miles are Golf, Skiing, Tubing, Snowmobiling, Boating, Hiking, Paintball, Bike Trails, Bowling, Theater, State Gamelands, multiple restaurants & Supermarket. Close to Water Park, Tannersville Outlets, and the Pocono Raceway! My family and I rented this home for the weekend as my birthday getaway. Its comfortable, homie, absolutely wonderful. We had a great time. Theres a cottage near by with great food (Terra Cottage) a convinience store too. Love the area, even all the deers and cubs. We are planning our next stay already... :). Thank you

There were about 20 of us in this house for the weekend - plenty of space to hang out and catch up, and close to a bunch of activities. We would definitely rent again!

Instead of having a bachelor/bachelorette party for our recent wedding, we wanted to combine the wedding party in an environment that would allow everyone to get to know each other better. This chalet was just what we were looking for! It very comfortably slept about 16 of us with room to spare. Everything was in pretty good condition, kitchen was fully stocked with plates and glassware and cookware. Its located in a very nice area, although it is fairly close to one other chalet. We were informed that we should bring our own sheets and towels. Some were made available, but they were not easy to find. All in all, we had an amazing time. Very cozy, spacious, and a GREAT value for the money. We would definately return.
