Description of the Lake Harmony vacation townhouse rental

We welcome you to decompress and relax in our new sun soaked mountain home. Birds wake you in the morning and reindeer join you for breakfast in their respective space across the woodlands. Skiing/boarding at Big Boulder and Jack Frost in the winter, hiking and picking berries come spring, swimming and boating in the summer and foliage in the autumn. It's a cozy home with a modern feel - cherry wood floors and fireplace. Perfect for families - a master bedroom with Jacuzzi for you and ground level for your oldest progeny to have some space. The home is fully stocked with many amenities: 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 flat screen TVs, cathedral ceilings in the living room, marble dining table, wooden staircase, Italian porcelain on the ground floor, European ceramic in the bathrooms, large bar area. Kitchen is fully stocked and has granite counter tops and stainless appliances.
HOUSE IS 400 YARDS FROM THE SLOPES!!!!!

Area Information

We include 10 Big Boulder Lake Mountain Club passes so you can access the 175 acre boulder lake, heated pool, beach with bar/restaurant, boating, fishing, tennis, volleyball, ping pong, playgrounds and more. If you would like to explore the area there are beautiful indoor/outdoor water parks, snowmobiling, ATV rentals, shooting ranges, bowling, miniature golf, race car driving, etc. Casinos, bars, movie theaters and bowling in the night time. Did I mention that there are amazing outlets just 15 min. away? Please be over 25 and refrain from smoking in the house. Looking forward to providing you with a beautiful experience. I forgot that THERE IS NO CLEANING FEE! PLEASE, BE RESPECTFUL TO THE PROPERTY.

I have never done a review for anything, but I couldn't let this one go without one. The owner was an absolute delight to work with. There was SO MUCH space we never felt like we were crowded (with 10 people). He answered any questions I had all weekend, and very quickly. The area was spectacular, the beach club was perfect. I would love to come back, and SOON! Highly recommend for a getaway! Thank u for a great weekend!

11 family members went up for President's Weekend--tremendous location, well equipped, lots of room--great info provided by the owner(restaurants,stores,attractionsetc.) worth the extra money just by convienence---great place for the kids to be occupied after skiing all day or just for a break and the adults to kick back by the fire or just relax

Great Family House

We found this house to be in excellent condition and we enjoyed our stay. It was very close to Big Boulder- an easy walk but required a car with skiis. Bedrooms were located on three floors which was good for our families with young children as well as the grandparents and families without children. There were two separate living rooms to use. There were lots of dishes but no measuring cups, hot pads, or tea towels. I would rent it again.

The house was absolutely gorgeous. The lake and pool were really nice, but not within walking distance with small children. On the down side, checkout is at 10am, which we found to be rather difficult.
