Close to Clemson, this beautiful, multi-level brick home has just been freshly remodeled including all new furniture and fixtures. Top floor has king, queen, bath, living room and kitchen. Bottom floor has queen, twins, queen sofa bed in large living room , bath and laundry. The two separate living areas make it perfect for two families or one large family. This home is very clean and comfortable.

Covered boathouse sits in a quiet cove that opens into the heart of the Seneca River and Lake Hartwell. Concrete steps to lake (no muddy dirt path). Excellent calm water to boat, ski, fish, explore or relax. Pet friendly (call first) with doggy door and fenced yard. Located just 2 miles off I-85, so access and cell service is not a problem. Many quaint shopping areas are close by. Also nearby are some awesome sightseeing opportunities: including Mountains, Waterfalls and State Parks, excellent Hiking and White Water Rafting.

There are parks nearby on the lake if you would like to have a family outing. There are also several islands on the lake that you can use at your leisure. We love to pack a lunch and pick an island of our choice. Lake Hartwell is unlike any other!

Enjoyable Experience

May 17, 2012

This quiet neighborhood was perfect for our family. My daughter graduated from Clemson and we wanted a place to gather instead of a hotel room! It was a short commute to Clemson and had plenty of space in the cabin for our daughters to gather and host meals for everyone.(7 people total) I would absolutely do this again. The owner was very accomodating and available if we had any problems.

Nice House on secluded cove with a great kitchen

July 8, 2011

The house was great located at the end of a secluded cove. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for 6 kids and 4 adults (thanks for stocking so many pots/pans and cooking utensils). House was clean with very nice furnishings. The covered dock worked great for our 20 foot deck boat. The kids caught fish (several foot long catfish) and swam off the dock. The water level was down a little so we had to be careful of the sandbar in the middle of the cove when docking, but it wasn't a big deal.
