Great Condo

This condo is a beautiful, clean condo. Everything is new! It has everything you need. I stayed here for 10 months and it was a great experience. This is one the of the nicest condos in Havasu for not a lot of money. The clubhouse and pool are well kept, nice people and a great location. Very pleased with this condo.

Just Right for our Needs

I stayed at this condo for a little over 3 weeks. It was a God-send. My sister's cancer had advanced, and I needed a place to stay while she was in hospice in Lake Havasu. The condo was great, having all the accommodations that anyone might need. It is very roomy for two people, fully-equipped with a washer/dryer, very modern kitchen, wonderful jacuzzi bathtub, and an extra large sectional sofa (very comfortable), and covered parking. (The condo is on the second floor, so those renting should be able to climb stairs.) Because of the situation with my sister's cancer, I had a few relatives come and stay with me from time-to-time, and we were very comfortable. The pool and clubhouse are great. Very clean, well-kept grounds and gated community. Karen, the owner, was great to work with and very attentive. Everything worked out so well during a very difficult and stressful time. If we return to Lake Havasu in the future, I will again stay at this condo if it is available.

We spent just about 3 months here. What a great town. We love the complex. Great people and great pool & spa. We felt very safe in this gated community. Karen was great to work with and if there was an issue she was always there quick to respond and resolve it.

The clubhouse, fitness room.heated pool & hot tub were fantastic! Very clean, and always open. The condo unit itself needed a good cleaning, despite each renter paying $75.00 for cleaning on their departure. Advertised phone did not work. Advertised fireplace is gas which requires renter to get gas connected, as the rest of the house is electric. No WiFi available except at clubhouse without renter paying for hook up. Since we were there only one month these connections would have been very costly in addition to the rental fee. Several other items on in the advertisement were incorrect as well.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed meeting some of the other condo occupants at the pool, playing cards in the club house and working out in the exercise room. The grounds were well kept. We felt very secure and it was nice to have an assigned place to park. Karen was great to work with and extremely easy to contact when necessary. Lake Havasu City has a lot to offer.

Comfortable Condo

We stayed in this condo for Jan & Feb2009 and found it to be a very nice and comfortable condo. The complex is very clean and well maintained - we enjoyed the spa and heated pool. One of the newest and even though it is out of town, it is still quite central to reach the new mall and very easy to access Hwy. 95 for trips to Parker or Laughin for golf. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

My wife and I rented this place off the internet, with just a few pictures to go by, which did look good. When we arrived we were not sure what we were getting. As soon as we drove through the gates into this complex it has been WOW. Their is a central community building,the clubhouse,which houses an excellent exercise room with an outdoor heated pool and spa. Its a great place we have found to start your day. As for the condo, this is where it gets better. The floor plan is very well designed, with no wasted space. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, even spices. We have a walk in closet with lots of room for the two of us. The bathroom has two sinks, which is real handy. And the bedroom has a large queen size bed which is extremely comfortable. We are walking distance away to the shopping center, 0.6 of a mile, 2 miles to Windsor beach and about 5 miles to London Bridge(that was a walk). We find everyone at the complex very friendly as is this whole city.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was very clean with upgraded furniture and furnishings. The Preserve is a very nice complex. The pool and clubhouse are also very nice. We definitely plan to stay here our next trip to Lake Havasu.
