Description of the Lake Havasu City vacation condo rental

This is a great Villa overlooking the pool. The pool area has a spa and gas BBQ with eating area for outdoor dining.

It has a two large master suites with two full bathrooms. Each master suite has its own TV with cable. All linens are furnished. Nice patio overlooking the pool It has a large TV/VCR in the living room as well as lots of videos. It is beautifully furnished, perfect for a weekend or week's vacation. It has a full size kitchen for all cooking needs. This unit also has a washer and dryer.

It has a lake view, within walking distance of the London Bridge/Lake and Downtown. Its a great place for a family, or two or three couples. Quiet area. There is a large parking lot for RV's, boats and SUV's. No smoking and no pets allowed. This is a no pets complex.
All you need to bring is your swimsuit and... VACATION!!

The appt was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was nice and walking distance from the beach. The only bad thing was on the last couple of days bees swarmed the stairs on all levels and made it hard to use the stairs. Someone should spray them.

This was a nice condo the pool is too warm to use during July. But everything was clean and they also have two great BBQ to use by the pool. I would stay here again.
