Description of the Lake Havasu City vacation home rental

Luxurious 3 bedroom 2 bath home in Sun Lake Village. Less then a minute off of the 95 on the lake side! Don ''''''t worry about getting lost on your vacation like most others do!! This home is extremely easy to find. Just minutes from all of the hot spots, Windsor Boat launch, the London Bridge, gourmet dining, night life, golf and downtown Havasu just to name a few.

Living areas:

When you walk through the front door you will find an open floor plan with the secondary bedrooms and bath to your right. The living room has ample seating for the whole family with a big screen TV, DVD, cable, surround sound with iPod link, fireplace and a ceiling fan for your enjoyment. The living room flows into the dining room
and kitchen.

Bedrooms:

Master bedroom is fully furnished with a Cal. King bed, 27 '''''' TV with DVD, cable, surround sound with iPod link, ceiling fan, walk in closet and a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, chest of drawers and a 20 '''''' TV/DVD, cable and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom has a bunk bed (twin on top/full on bottom), a twin bed with dresser, TV, DVD, cable, and a ceiling fan. There is a queen size aero bed with linens just in case. The house looks like a model home with designer everything!!!!

Outside, this is where the fun is!!!

The patio is fully furnished with tables, chairs, chaise lounges, gas BBQ, 27" TV, DVD, cable, stereo, speakers and mister system. Covered Patio with Cool Decking (your feet won't get hot). Oh-yeah, you can ''''''t forget the AWESOME pool with built in table with umbrella and Jacuzzi!

The house sits on a huge 8700 sq ft corner lot. There are two RV parking areas, one on each side of the house, both with RV hookups. Plenty of parking for multiple boats, RVs, cars, motorcycles, dune buggies!!! And all at the same time!!!!!! There is also a tournament regulation size Ping-Pong table and foosball!

Smoking outside is permitted. No smoking inside please.

Boating including boat and personal watercraft rentals, hiking, waterskiing, wakeboarding, parasailing, fishing, camping, cinema, gourmet dinning, night life, golf including a newly opened Arnold Palmer Golf course, river tours, water park and wave pool, casinos, exploring historical rout 66 or near by Indian ruins, The London Bridge, Day trip to Las Vegas or the Grand Canyon, just to name a few.

We went for a weekend of fun in the sun and got rained out most of Saturday. Thanks goodness we had a pool to play in once the rain stopped. The house was clean though not enough towels for our group so bring some with you (shower and pool). Also, there was trash in both yards and some dog poop in the backyard. We cleaned up the trash to leave it nice for the next crew.

Nick, WOW, WHAT A INCREDIBLE HOUSE, GREAT LAYOUT, AWESOME POOL AND SPA, INTERIOR DECO WAS GREAT, ABSOLUTELY WAS EVERY THING YOU GUYS SAID IT WAS, TELL YOUR WIFE SHE DID A INCREDIBLE JOB, REALLY HAD A GREAT TIME IN YOUR HOME. HOPEFULLLY EVERY THING WAS LEFT PERFECT AND WE LOOK FORWARD TO STAYING NEXT YEAR. FINISHED 8TH IN WORLD IN SKI CLASS, WAS FIRST UNTIL LAST TWO LAPS GOT KNOCKED OFF MY SKI, BY A LAPED RIDER, I WAS ABSOLUTELY SICK. I don’t even know where to start. We arrived Friday afternoon, the weather was awesome and the house was even better! We loved how easy the house is to get to and how much room there was for the boat. The kids had a blast playing ping pong and foosball which made the trip that much more enjoyable and gave me and my husband a little more time to our selves, which we LOVED!! First class all the way. We will definitely be back next year!!!
