Description of the Lake Havasu City vacation home rental

Our home is a doublewide mobile home that is 24 X 60. It has a carport w/ an outside seating area: an "AZ room".
The living room is "L" shaped w/ a 56" HD TV w/ cable(Premier package)included in the rent. It has 2 sleeper sofas: a double & a single.
The kitchen has counter-space eating. The formal dining room is complete w/ a china hutch, a buffet, and a TV.
There is a master bedroom suite w/ a master bathroom, walk-in closet, TV, lounge chair, & a powder table.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet, a bathroom, & a TV.
There is a laundry room w/a washer and a dryer.
There is an outside seating area (AZ room) carpeted, w/ a small bar, 2 stools, a table, 4 swevel chairs, & 2 glass end tables. There is a privacy fence.
There is a clubhouse complete w/ activities, a swimming pool, and a hot tub
No extra charges for pre/post cleaning.

Area Information

Lake Havasu, Parker Dam, London Bridge, boat taxis to Needles, CA, across the lake for gambling; Phoenix and Las Vegas are 4 hours away; Sedona & the Grand Canyon are 5 hours away; So. California is 300 miles away. Yuma & Mexico are 3 hours away. Laughlin is a little over an hour away for gambling & shows.
