This is an incredible home lakeside of highway close to windser launch ramp. This is a true vacation home 1700 sq ft in size with a 1500sq ft 5 car boat deep garage that is air cond. House is 3 bed 3 bath. The best thing about this house is there is a brand new pool in backyard with a negative edge design. You can sit in pool and watch sunsets or hang out on patio below or the roof top deck.
This home also has a 55ft R.V. parking area with hookups. This property sits on 13,500 ft of land. Home sleeps 10 people.

Area Information

This home is located on the north end of town. The house backs up to BLM land so for you dirt people you can ride right out of the backyard in to the hills. Im not kiding!!!

Fabulous house with amazing views. Great access to the desert, rode our dirt bikes on trails that went forever. I was so awesome!! After amazing rides, came back to relax at the pool. Great garage for all our bikes. Loved the layout of the house, master bedroom separate from other bedrooms. Plenty of sleeping room. Super clean. Can't wait to go back.

What a great home! The large living room with lots of furniture allows for great comfortable family and friends gathering. The beds are wonderful for sleeping and the master bed/bathroom couldn't be better. this home is in some ways, better than our own. When we go on vacation we like to have more amenities than at home otherwise it's not really a vacation especially for the woman of the household. Thanks Chris for allowing us the time we can spend in Havasu to be comfortable and relaxing!

We were very pleased with the home and its proximity to the lake. The inside was beautiful and comfortable. The owner was very accommodating and provided us with directions to the launch ramp and various thing to do. The only somewhat negative response would be the driveway. It was too steep for us to get our boat up and we didn't want to tear up the driveway to force it. We parked it on the street and fortunately it remained safe.

We had an amazing stay at this property! It exceeded our high expectations! The property was fantastic, it was spotlessly clean and it had everything that we needed (Towels, soap, bedlinens etc.). We had trouble with the heater in the pool, and the rental agency came in 1/2 hour and fixed it! If you are going to Lake Havasu, stay here, you will not regret it!
