You'll love this newer 3 + 2 vacation home that's tastefully decorated with quality furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs or enjoy a family BBQ around the pool. There is full access to the two car boat-deep garage...plus add'l gated/secure parking for your boat or waverunners.

The kids (& adults) will enjoy the pool area of this home. It has a sitting area in the pool with a table & an umbrella for shading....the perfect place to enjoy a refreshing beverage on a hot summer day! Also, this home has a covered patio & outdoor patio set for outdoor dining.

Area Information

Lake Havasu is the home of the famous London Bridge & has over 30 miles of shoreline. It's a great place to go boating, fishing, ride waverunners, swim, shop, golf or just relax! If you enjoy gambling, live shows and great buffets then Laughlin casinos are about 1 hour drive away. Or take the free Ferry boat across the lake to the Indian Reservation casinos. There are several public beaches and parks within minutes of each of our homes.

Also, spend time walking over or under the London Bridge. There are many shops and tourist attractions around and under the bridge. A schedule of year round activities are planned on and around the Bridge each year. Or may I suggest setting up a day camp along 'The Channel' and relax in beach chairs (feet in the water of course) sipping a cool beverage & watching all the BIG & small boats cruise the channel (one of my favorite things to do). For the kids, there are swim areas & waverunner rentals right on the beach. London Bridge State beach is a great place to do all this and just 10 minute drive from the house!

Nice home with a fantastic pool

Nice home, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. Loved the pool and spent the whole week in the backyard enjoying the pool and patio area. Loved having a bbq to cook dinner. This property has everything you need.

Home was clean and contained everything we needed and was dog friendly which we really appreciated. Temps were great but we didn't get much use out of the pool because it wan't heated and took about a week and 1/2 too warm up. Good location. Quiet neighbourhood and relatively close to the city's main attractions.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Sorry about the pool. Next year you may want to rent our spacious 2 BR house w/pool. It has a solar blanket for the pool & raises the temp about 13 degrees. I think it was not available when you called. We can't put a blanket on the 3 BR house due to the size and shape of the pool (we've tried!). Or, our lake view town home has a heater for the pool (-:

Very nice home

The acommodations were very comfortable and we really appreciated finding a nice home that was pet friendly. We rented the three bedroom two bath home, which was more than adequate for my husband and I and our Border Collie. The house was very clean and and well appointed and we enjoyed the pool every evening. Cyndi was very professional and returned our deposit with a note thanking us for leaving her home so clean, which we appreciated. She also provides a lot of local information, including maps and her list of favorite restaurants and clubs which is very helpful for those not familiar with the area. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this particular place to anyone travelling to Lake Havasu City.

This home was one of my favorite rentals I've made in lake havasu. The home is well taken care of and leaves nothing to be desired. I would recommend this home to anyone that is looking for an affordable stay with all the luxuries of home, an more.
