- Deposits: Initial $100 deposit to hold reservation, totally refundable with paid reservation. A $400 deposit, due 90 days before arrival, all refundable except for $85. cleaning fee and any damage or loss. If you cancel your reservation cancel within 90 days of your scheduled arrival date, 25% cancellation fee; cancel within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date, 50% cancellation fee; no refunds for cancellations within 29 days.
- Other Fees: Cleaning fee $85., deducted from security deposit.

We had a BLAST. The Condo was perfect and spacious. It was just like your home away from home. Clean and cozi with lots of linens.
