This beautifully decorated 1700 square foot home is nestled in Lake Havasu's exclusive south side of town. Enjoy unbelievable sunset views via the lake or mountain range. Minutes away from the lake and the World Famous London Bridge, where you can enjoy a wide spectrum of water sports such as boating, fishing and other aquatic activities . Close to some of the best hiking and off-road areas in the Southwest, and the golf course is only a chip shot away. Only 2 to 3 hour drive to other enjoyable destinations like Las Vegas, Laughlin, Grand Canyon, Phoenix and Palm Springs. The ideal retreat for winter visitor's.
This spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bath home is fully equipped with central air/heat, indoor washer/dryer, big screen tv, Direct TV, DVD player and stereo system. The Master bedroom features a king size bed with a private bathroom that includes an attractive travertine walk in shower and deluxe jacuzzi tub. The other two bedrooms offer a queen size bed and spaciuos closets. All bedrooms and the living room have celing fans.
The kitchen has travertine countertops and is fully equipped with all the amenities of home. Enjoy the backyard oasis with palm tree's from the patio while having a cup of coffee or a BBQ! The garage is 40' deep and there is plenty of room to store your toys and vehicle. The property is only used on selected weekends during the summer.
