3 Bedroom, fully furnished home located amist the fun and sun of Lake Havasu. Tasteful, southwest decor. Desert landscaped front yard. Fully stocked kitchen, cable TV in every room, lots of boat and RV parking for all the toys. Located in a quiet, family neighborhood. The best views of Lake Havasu sunsets (and even a hint of the lake) in the winter from the covered patio or sitting on a chilly night in front of the fire pit in the back yard. There are no neighbors directly in back of the house so you have lots of "view".



Master bedroom has king bed, walk-in closet and private bath. Two guest bedrooms have queen beds, tv's and ample closet space.

Area Description

Close to everything to love in Havasu! The famous London Bridge, shopping, boating, jet-skiing, off-roading are all there within minutes.

If gambling is your game, there is a short ferry ride across the lake to the Havasu Landing Casino. Or perhaps a drive south towards Parker and in a half hour you can visit the Bluewater resort and Casino. Even better, a 40 minute drive to the north and you will find yourself on a day trip to Laughlin!!

The sky is the limit and the stars are never-ending!
