Required Stay: 1 Month Minimum
Deposits: $200.00 Cleaning and Phone Deposit required. Upon check out property must be left clean as clean as it was upon your arrival as there is no maid service. Wash all towels, Linens, and Cooking utensils as well leaving them clean for the next tenant. If left in a clean condition, also no additional charges acure on phone bill(Long distance, 411, ect.)and/or if utilities exceed $200 for the month, a refund can be issued and/or adjusted.

We loved the views and the area. Our neighbors were fantastic and we were very comfortable. The kitchen was very user friendly. The price was right for us retirees!!!!
