This beautiful Lake Havasu home is just minutes from the lake and boat launch. This property is only 1/4 mile from the golf course, minutes from downtown area & stores. This spacious three bedroom,two bath ,3 car 47ft boat deep garage comes fully furnished. Bedrooms have large closets and queen beds, king size bed in Master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped all the necessary utensils and appliances. There is Direct T.V., big screen TV & DVD player. After a long day on the lake, enjoy a barbecue on the patio, swim in the custom pool/spa, play games or just relax and enjoy the picture perfect views of the Lake.

*Please note: Rates increase during Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July weekend, Labor Day Weekend $235 per night.

My wife and I did this over the internet and found everything to be as advertised. We found the owners to be absolutely wonderful and dependable to deal with. We stayed for three months and found it to be home, located on a most beautiful landscaped street in Lake Havasu! The house is very spacious and nicely decorated. I particularly enjoyed the views of the lake from the hot tub. Located in a very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

Spa is great after a long day of skiing on the lake. X-box was a life saver for the kids when we wanted to relax. Home is kept up well. Having washer and dryer made things easier.
