All Br's have 32"flat screen TVs & 52"TV in the family room with fireplace, L-shaped lounge sofa, & full bathroom all open to the large pool & mountain, cupcake mountain, & lake views.40'garage and 64'flat driveway for all your toys. Quiet & private dead end st. with plenty of room to drive around & park, private yard, & surroundings. 2 minutes from launching at the Famous London Bridge Marina. Enjoy BBQing in our large covered patio overlooking the Lake & Channel with breathtaking Sunsets. This is the place to be after a long day on the Lake, just a short ride to relax with all the comforts of home away from home & more!! Easy in & out! Best area in Havasu, right off Lake Havasu Ave., 1-2 minutes to golf, restaurants, stores, fast foods, marina, night clubs, Channel. We are in the London Bridge golf course area, with fabulous close views of the lake. When your tired from boating, its just minutes to get home. We are on the south side close to jeeping, dirt bike riding, shooting, Parker, and the Blue Water Casino. Very close to Mini mart, & Restaurant row, fast foods, movie theatres, aquatic center, swim beach, walking path along the channel, park, basketball, skate board & RC park.

Deposits: $1,000 fully refunded damage deposit,$150 non-refundable cleaning fee. All credit cards, or checks thru paypal with our email, also check by mail if time allows. Without prior deposit, rental is not secured.
Other Fees: Mon-wed, $200/night, Thurs-Sun, $250/night, Holidays, Memorial & 4th of July, $375/night with a 3 night min. Other holidays, $350/night with a 3 night min, except fathers day, mothers day, valentines day. Rental time is paid in full upon arrival to get keys & garage remote. ASK FOR SPECIALS!

This house was perfect for a group of people who are looking for some fun. It was a great location with a private pool and a nice view of the lake. The house was nice and roomy and the owners were cool. Overall a good experience

The house is wonderful. Pool, lake view, and ping pong make for a great experience. All basic necesities provided make for a at home experience.
