Description of the Lake Havasu City vacation home rental
The gourmet kitchen’s granite breakfast bar separates it from the dining room and very private patio. With the executive master suite with a huge walk in shower and jetted spa on one side of the house, and the other bedrooms and baths on the other side provides for superb privacy. The lake facing private patio has a breakfast bar to enjoy your meals on the patio watching the sunsets.
Fabulous PRIVATE heated Spa and Pool (propane not included in price). Access to boating, fishing, desert four wheeling (rentals available), hunting and fantanstic golf, including the Refuge a signature course.
Take a cruise to both local and Laughlin Casino's or tour the river all the way from Parker Dam to Laughlin/Bull Head City area, apprx 75 miles on the lake. You can rent all lake vessels to really get an appreciation of the lake.
Great access to Windsor Boat ramp (2 miles), LHC downtown, London Bridge, LHC airport, and new shopping center, all within 10 minutes from the house. This home is just 2 hours drive from Las Vegas, so why not take a couple of days to unwind in LV before arriving or the casinos in Laughlin, NV just 40 minutes away.

Just garb a local driver ($5-$6) and spend evenings visiting many of the local pubs and nightlife.

This home is the perfect getaway spot. Gorgeous pool, amazing views of Lake Havasu and the mountains, and sunsets that are postcard worthy. The owner was very pleasant and welcoming to us and we felt right at home. The house is just beautiful inside and out! We're gonna make this a yearly tradition!

my husband and i went with another couple for a vacation. the house is AMAZING! it is spacious, comfortable, and welcoming. the patio is a great place to hang out and the pool is incredible! we had our boat and were 5 quick minutes from the windsor launch- great location! everything we needed was so close. the community is clean, neat, and beautiful. we hope to make this a yearly vacation!

This vacation rental has everything and more for the perfect vacation! The pool area and spa are perfectly located to enjoy the unobstructed views of the lake by day and the lights across the lake by night. The house has everything you'll need for a carefree vacation including comfortable beds and furnishings, a well stocked kitchen, and plenty of room to relax. David is an easy owner to work with. If I were in the market and had to pick a House to Purchase in Lake Havasu City this one would certainly be at the top of my list. The Amenities (Pool, Jacuzzi, Shower and Spectacular Lake View) were all more impressive than we had imagined. The pictures simply do not do it justice. All the best places are close but it’s far enough away from the Spring Break Madness if you’re there that time of Year and want to get away from it all. It’s the Perfect Retreat! Tom & Sharon

Ok, first of all if you're going to Lake Havasu, you MUST stay at Cabana. It has an amazing pool & spa!!! It's peaceful and quite. A place where you can turn up the music and not worry about bugging the neighbours. The view was great of the lake and no one bothers you. The beds were so comfortable and the home had all the perks a guest would need. Plenty of towels and doft sheets. Thanks again David for allowing my family to stay at your lovely vacation rental!!!
