Bought new in 05 and has been very nicely cared for. New furniture in 08 includes a wonderful comfortable queen bed. No-smoking! Pet friendly house(responsible & considerate pet owners only). Views of the Refuge Golf Course and The Lake from your deck. Conveniently located 3 miles north of Winsor Beach just off London Bridge Rd. Our home is a newer clean mobile on private land not in a park. The property is fully fenced with 2-15 wide gates that will accomidate RV parking on both sides. We share our home with snowbirds and family only, this is not a Lake Havasu party pad! We offer a quiet, secure, private place for traveling snbowbirds. It is perfect for those looking for a nice clean place to "land" after a long drive out of the cold...just unpack and you are home..Our home is fully furnished including bedding, towels & a full kitichen..it is well insulated with A/C and heat..we have Direct TV, DVD & a stereo. We are directly across form the beautiful Refuge golf course and Wildlife Refuge...3 miles from Windsor Beach.. We are just off London Bridge Rd. (it parelels the lake) and have direct access to all Lake Havasu has to offer...just south of a brand new Super Wallmart and just north of town..

The London Bridge is 5 miles away..lake access is 2 miles away..Casino is a ferry ride across the lake or Laughlin is just over an hour away. The new Wallmart center has shopping and a multi-plex movie theater..and is aprox 3 miles away...
