Description of the Lake Havasu City vacation home rental
Comfortable floor plan. Views of Mountains & Lake. Located in the center south side of town. Single level 1,200 sq feet plus two car garage, sits on a flat lot that is over 10,000 sq feet. Lots of parking for all your toys.
This home boasts a tranquil backyard that backs up to a wash (no home behind the house) completely fenced yard. Has views of the lake and mountains from the backyard. There is also a view deck for lake viewing and star gazing. Great neighbors that care for their homes. Located just minutes from the Lake Havasu Marina. Close to the supermarket.
Comfortable large sofa and recliner. HD 42" flat screen cable TV,
New French doors open up to the backyard for an outdoor feel.
All the kitchen tools for your cooking needs( complete inventory list will be provided for you prior to your arrival).
Bedrooms:
1. Large master bedroom has a king size comfortable bed.
2. The second bedroom large also has a king size comfortable bed.
3. 3rd bedroom has a Day Bed with a trundle twin bed underneath that can be connected to make a full size bed, with a small desk.
There is also available a full size air mattress for your extra guests.
Large walk-in shower in one bathroom and tub and shower in the other bathroom.
Home has reverse osmosis water filtration system (RO) for drinking and cooking which you need in Havasu because of the hard water in the City pipes. Note: not all homes have an RO system, this way you don't have to buy bottle water to drink and cook with which would be an extra expense
Winter:
$1300 per month with utilities included (Electricity, water, trash & cable tv) see amenities section.

Refundable $500.00 Security Deposit required at time of reservation

Area Information
Lake Havasu is the new Home of The Original London Bridge! The bridge was brought over in 1967 by the City's founder Robert P. McCulloch and reconstructed on the canal. It was completed in 1971.
Winter:
The area has wonderful 60's to 70 degrees daytime weather. Made famous in the Winter by the wonderful friendly "Snowbirds" guests that come in the area to get away from the cold weather back east and up north.

Summer:
In the summer families of all areas come to enjoy the warm (hot 90's to 115 degree temp) weather and huge lake on the World famous Colorado River enjoying many water activities. Go up river or down river depending if you want cooler water or warmer water.

Great Restaurants and a new large shopping mall.
Havasu Residents are People that love their Country, care for neighbors and most of all welcome visitors.

Havasu has beautiful views and it would be hard to find a better view than from the back yard. Patio furniture very nice and lots of extra tables and chairs. We found the house to be very clean and comfortable. It was very well equipped and lots of dishes. The two king beds were wonderful. Decor very nice.
