Description of the Lake Havasu City vacation home rental
This executive style home features an open floor plan, gourmet kitchen with center workstation island, and large raised granite bar. Granite and tumbled stone counters and flooring, split floor plan, office with private powder room bath, and cast iron tub/shower access the west side large bedrooms.
The spacious master bedroom has french doors to the rear patio and pool area. This master features a large walk-in closet, tiled vanity, elegant jetted tub, and large dual shower heads in the spacious walk-in tiled shower. The commode is in it's own private room.
With the beautiful blue pool and waterfall visible from almost all rooms of this home, you can relax with your vision of a tropical oasis in your back yard. Some lake views from the patio, and loads of extra parking on the side of the home. Walled and fenced back yard, suitable for a pet to roam. Large entertaining back patio, wood and fans on the patio lids too. Large stainless steel propane BBQ, 6 seated patio table, and 4 large soft lounge chairs to relax by the over sized pool. Pool features in water seating in the deep end, under the waterfall, and along the whole shallow end west wall.
Access to boating, fishing, desert four wheeling (rentals available), golf and desert walking & exploring. You can also take a cruise to the local casino across the lake, or enjoy many lake cruises to historic Indian petroglyph's or Laughlin's casino's.
Lake Havasu City's downtown is only minutes away, as is the London Bridge!! To launch your boat, the Windsor Beach State Park & launch ramp is 2 miles down London Bridge Road.
Per night minimum is 3 nights. Nightly rate is $250 per night.

Wonderful Home in an Amazing Community

We stayed in this house for one week in the month of June and were absolutely thrilled with it. Not only was the home beautiful with tonnes of ammenities the pool and yard was even better. Debbie was amazing to deal with in getting this home rented and she made sure the house was in great condition upon our arrival. There are lots of features to the home that were not listed ex. multi color lights in the pool, outdoor stereo system etc. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone without question. One of the best holidays we have ever taken.

Beautiful property with an amazing back yard pool area. Spent most of our time in or next to the pool!! Our own private oasis! The house had plenty of room for six adults to have privacy or gather together! Debbie and the pool boy were amazing hosts- to the point that we extended our stay an extra week!! We will definitely be back!

What a great place to relax!! The house had plenty of space for my family and grandkids. We enjoyed BBQ'ing in the evenings and the pool was a great way to cool down on those hot days! We loved the area we were in and plan to return!

This home is one of cleanest and best kept vacation homes I have ever seen. The house is like brand new and shows lke a model. The master suite is off to one side of the house so you can have some great privacy and the (2) other bedrooms are large and very well appointed. The garage is huge and the pool is spectacular. We came to Havasu for a long weekend on the lake and this house was the perfect place for our family to relax and spend some real quality time. Debbie made the whole experience very smooth and easy so we will be back for sure!

Havasu Poker Run Weekend

I don't know where to begin! The home was so inviting and cozy, the views were incredible, and the backyard was the perfect place to relax after an active day on the lake! We rented the house for the Desert Storm Poker Run weekend and it was close to everything: the launch ramps, marinas, and London Bridge hotel were just minutes away! Debbie herself was great! She made sure we were 100% ready to go all the way up until our arrival. When we arrived at the house there was a nice welcome letter and tips on all the "house goodies" (BBQ, outdoor sound system with iPod connection, etc.). We even got a text asking if she could do anything to make our stay even better! Debbie was such a great person to work with throughout our trip - would highly recommend her and this home to anyone looking for stress-free accommodations! We will definitely be back next year! :)

Ideal Spring Break Trip

My friends and I spent a week in this gorgeous home for Spring Break and can't say enough good things about it! The neighborhood was nice, safe and quiet and we were close to the entertainment and the lake, although the house and the pool were so nice we hardly wanted to leave. Debbie was very helpful and always available, renting from her was a breeze! Definitely a place we would love to stay again!
