First guest room includes walk in closet. Second guest room has loft ideal for kids. All new furniture in house. Backyard is very quiet and private. Great exposure to sun all day long, also full shade available on patio - see pictures. Amazing landscaping with lots of palm trees and cactus. Stunning backyard and pool area. House also has directTV service with large screen tv and NHL Network. Wireless internet. BBQ handy to kitchen. Observation deck offers great suntanning and great lake and mountain views.
