958 St. Claire Drive is located in a quiet, low-traffic neighborhood high in the hills above Lake Havasu. This classic Arizona-style residence faces west toward the lake providing stunning sunset views and cool afternoon shade on the covered back yard patio.

The 1680 square-foot home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an Arizona room with spa, a spacious living room, dining area and long galley kitchen with bar. New flooring has been installed throughout the residence and the interior is newly painted. There is central air and heat and ceiling fans in all the rooms. Cable TV and high-speed internet access are included.

As you enter the home, you will find the living room on your left. There is a large arched window facing the lake, a 42-inch Flat Screen TV, surround sound, basic cable and a multi-disc CD/DVD player. There are two large leather recliner sofas, a recliner chair, coffee table, end tables and lamps.

Continuing straight into the home will lead you to the dining area. This room has a table that can accommodate 6 and a bar that comfortably seats 4. Straight ahead though the dining room you will see French doors leading outside to the covered 16’x18’ patio with table and seating for six. Adjacent to the covered patio is a desert garden with a large fountain. There is a second desert garden and 4 fruit trees in the large back yard.

The kitchen is fully-equipped and includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, blender and garbage disposal. There ample pots and pans, plates and silverware, glassware, dishtowels and cleaning supplies. All counter tops are corian in the kitchen and the bar area. Through the kitchen there is a large utility room with washer and dryer and access to the 2-car garage.

A second set of French doors off the dining area leads to the Arizona room and spa. This room has a separate air conditioner, wall fountain and large windows facing the backyard.

The master bedroom features a queen sleigh bed, two dressers and nightstands and a 26-inch Flat Screen TV. The spacious closet has 4 sliding, mirrored doors and shelves for storage. The master bath has double sinks and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, a large mirrored double door closet and a conventional TV with DVD/VCR player. The third bedroom (office) has a futon and desk with a computer. This room also has an inflatable queen bed for additional visitors. Linens for all of the beds and sufficient towels are provided.
