Description of the Lake Havasu City vacation home rental

Very nice and the newest also. We are proud this Home and this one has a Custom Paint job that really brings out the warmth and feeling throughout the Home. This Custom Home with a Model Home feeling is on the Water-side of Highway 95. It is only five miles to the London Bridge, and four minutes to the boat ramp.

This Three Bedroom with a Full Size Sleeper Sofa can fit up to eight guests has New Furnishings/Art Work, New Custom Comfort Bedding, Linens and *Fluffy* Towels--Brand New throughout! On the Peaceful, very quiet side of town, but only minutes to the flavor of all that Lake Havasu has to offer. Come play and then relax by the pool and enjoy the Bar with an Umbrella inside the Pool.

Our property located on the peaceful side of town and it's about 5-10 minute to everything (restaurant, gas station, grocery store, boat ramp, London bridge)

Nice house

This house was great. It was far enough away from the Spring breakers to feel quiet. The state park right behind it was fun for quick hikes. I enjoyed my stay.
