This beautiful 1,800+ square foot home with a large, open floor plan is centrally located just minutes from the golf course and Windsor Beach boat launch in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

Comfortably sleeping up to 8 guest, the house features a split floor plan with 3 large bedrooms and two full baths, including a whirlpool tub in the master suite. The extra-large kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and has a walk-in pantry and new appliances. The enclosed and air-conditioned Arizona game room comes has a foosball table. In addition to central air conditioning, there are ceiling fans throughout the home for your comfort.

The fully fenced oversized yard with a beautiful, fenced-in pool, features front and back covered patios with overhead lights and fans, a gas barbeque, and patio furniture.

There is plenty of parking for your boat, wave runner, and/or RV in the oversized 2-car garage and the driveway.

Large Master Suite with a king-sized bed and huge walk-in closet
The 2nd bedroom has southwestern style furniture with a queen-sized bed
The third bedroom has a trundle bed that can be pulled out to make 2 twin beds or one queen bed. This room also has a sliding glass door to the back patio and pool area.
The split bedroom floor plan (master suite is on one side of house, the other bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house) provides additional privacy.
All linens are provided.
2 Full Baths

Tiled Master Bath has a whirlpool tub, separate tiled walk-in shower, and dual sinks
The large second Bathroom has a combined tub and shower
The spacious Living Room has vaulted ceilings and lots of light. Comfortable seating is provided, along with cable television and a DVD player.

The tiled Dining Room seats 8 to 10 at the table. There are also two breakfast bar counters with four additional seats.

Large, full service Kitchen with tiled floors and countertops has two large windows facing the back patio. New appliances include gas range top and oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker and ice and water in the door. A coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, dishes, flatware, cooking and serving dishes and utensils are included.

The laundry room contains a washer and dryer, along with an iron and built-in ironing board.

Telephones are available for incoming and local calls, and WiFi for internet access.

Family Fun

It was a family get away river trip that met our expectations. The house was nice and spacious . The pool was wonderful and much to our surprise not hot which most pools are in august. The third bedroom only had a single bed which could be a disappointment if there were three couples. We left the house clean and received our entire deposit back in a timely manner! I would rent it again!!
