Description of the Lake Havasu City vacation townhouse rental

This spacious beautiful property occupies the entire top (second)floor of the building - so the lake views are incredible. You'll love the panoramic views of lake from the master bedroom & south balcony! Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors exiting out to pool view patio. Pool is heated!

Located about one mile from the London Bridge & only 4 blocks from water! Large 2 BR + 2 bath + den townhome. The den has two twin beds, so sleeps 6. Full size kitchen, large master suite (with king bed)...has all the comforts of "home". There are only 6 properties in this well cared for community & only one unit is occasionally occupied during the summer months so may have the whole place to yourself!

Large front tiled patio overlooks pool & view of lake. Located close to London Bridge, state parks, golf, restaurants, shopping, theaters & indoor waterpark.

* Please note - stays of 5 nights or longer are only $99 a night for up to 4 guests. Add $10 a night for each additional person (6 max) **

Area Information

Lake Havasu is the home of the famous London Bridge & has over 30 miles of shoreline. It's a great place for boating, fishing, site seeing, ride waverunners, swim, shop, golf or just relax! If you enjoy gambling, live shows and great buffets then Laughlin casinos are 1 hour drive away & Las Vegas is a 2 hr drive. Or take the free Ferry boat across the lake to the Indian Reservation casinos. There are public beaches, launch ramps/marinas & parks within minutes of each of our homes.

Also, visit the famous London Bridge. There are many shops and tourist attractions around & under the bridge. A schedule of year round activities are planned on and around the Bridge each year. Or may I suggest setting up a day camp along 'The Channel' and relax in beach chairs (feet in the water of course) sipping a cool beverage & watching all the BIG & small boats cruise the channel (one of my favorite things to do). For the kids, there are swim areas & waverunner rentals right on the beach. London Bridge State beach is a great place to do all this and less than 10 minute drive from the property!

Great Time with the Family!

November 16, 2012

Our family (including two children 3 and under) had a great time even though the weather was slightly colder than we expected. The condo was great...spread out and open, all needed utensils and appliances, and the movie/game collection was great with the kids at night! There is a lot to do in Lake Havasu, even when not boating on the lake, and all of the suggestions in the condo helped us a lot! We went hiking, saw a race on the road track, hung out at the beach/park, and went on a couple of tours of the lake. Overall we had a great time and condo was a big part of it. Dealings with Cyndi went smoothly and we would definitely rent from her again if coming back to Lake Havasu! Thank you!

Relaxing Vacation

Condo was spacious, well equipped,and clean. Everything that was needed to make us feel at home was available. Great View from patio. Quiet neighborhood.
