Description of the Lake Lanier vacation cottage rental

This is a newly renovated Lake Kottage. The backyard gently slopes down to the water's edge. The focus is on tranquility. The dock is brand new and is always in deep water. The dock looks out to big water, but is quiet because it is in a no wake zone.

The main home features a great room with vaulted ceiling and new bamboo hardwood floors. The kitchen newly renovated with a bar and brand new stainless steel appliances. There is a beautiful screened-in porch with a new deck and patio that looks out to the lake.

There are two bedrooms with queen beds on the main level along with a full bath.

There is an additional private suite downstairs that is furnished with a king size bed and a queen size pull out couch. This suite also has it's own private full bathroom and patio. Downstairs you will also find the laundry room equipped with a new washer and dryer.

The home is on over a half acre so you are not right on top of another cabin.

Guests enjoy the convenience of Bald Ridge Marina around the corner where there is a small grocery store, sandwich shop and full service marina for fuel, fishing gear and supplies as well as a boat ramp. Guests can go into downtown Cumming or Market Place Boulevard which is just a mile away for an array of restaurants, movies, shopping and entertainment. You do not need to get on any major highways to get to Downtown Cumming coming from this location.

This is a great swimming, boating and fishing location. You will really enjoy this true getaway haven.

Your vacation is not complete without an adventure out onto Lake Lanier on our 25 pontoon that is available for rent. Guests enjoy Sunset Cove, Lanier Beach & Waterpark, fishing and the great lakeside restaurants.

Princess Days at Lake Lanier

Six girlfriends who attended college together in the early 1970s gathered at this house after a much larger reunion. It was lovely! Of course, the main thing was our reconnection - laughing, crying, sharing years of life experience, but it was wonderful to do it in such a lovely setting! The beautiful house, the restful screened porch overlooking the lake and woods - it was WONDERFUL!! These 'girls' came in from Virgina, Florida, Louisiana, and Alabama. This was a great place for us! Hats off to the Kott family! Be blessed Kotts! We certainly were!

A nice place to stay and relax

My sister and i did a shopping trip to Georgia, stayed at lake lanier in this nice clean renovated home. It is a convenient location for shopping with all malls within 15 miles. A nice place to relax at night after walking all day. I fished every morning and late at night on the dock, caught two bass. Thanks for sharing your home.

Lake Lanier Cottage

Our week at the Lake Lanier Cottage was great. The weather didn't cooperate which meant that we spent more time in the cottage. It was very comfortable and clean. The furnishings were very nice. I would recommend it very highly. The lake level was down so we didn't enjoy water sports. The place was located close to any shopping you would want to do but, still was very private. I certainly would come back if I'm going to visit this area.
