Description of the Lake Lanier vacation cottage rental

This is a newly renovated Lake Cottage. The backyard gently slopes down to the water's edge. The focus is on tranquility. The dock is brand new and is always in deep water. The dock looks out to big water, but is quiet because it is in a no wake zone. Enjoy this peaceful setting on the water.

The main home features a great room with vaulted ceiling, new birch hardwood floors and a beautiful gas fireplace. The kitchen is clean with brand new appliances. There is a beautiful screened-in porch with a new deck and patio that looks out to the lake.

There are two bedrooms on the main level with a full bath. There is an additional private suite downstairs with it's own private bath and gas fireplace. This suite also has it's own private patio. The home is on over a half acre so you are not right on top of another cabin.

Guests enjoy the convenience of Bald Ridge Marina around the corner. There is a small grocery and sandwich shop. There is a full service marina for fuel and supplies. Guests can go into downtown Cumming for restaurants, movies and shopping. You do not need to get on any major highways to get to downtown coming from this location.

My sister and i did a shopping trip to Georgia, stayed at lake lanier in this nice clean renovated home. It is a convenient location for shopping with all malls within 15 miles. A nice place to relax at night after walking all day. I fished every morning and late at night on the dock, caught two bass. Thanks for sharing your home.

Our week at the Lake Lanier Cottage was great. The weather didn't cooperate which meant that we spent more time in the cottage. It was very comfortable and clean. The furnishings were very nice. I would recommend it very highly. The lake level was down so we didn't enjoy water sports. The place was located close to any shopping you would want to do but, still was very private. I certainly would come back if I'm going to visit this area.
