Monthly rental agreements only. This communityis for people seeking a nice quite getaway close to many world attractions.

Lovely 3 bedroom plus den upper end unit 1 floor townhouse on second floor walkup. On golf course with views of Lake Las Vegas, Mountains and the amazing homes on the South Shore.

Clubhouse has an amazing pool with workout room, pool table and barbeque area.

The townhouse is well appointed with 3 Queen beds, two bedrooms with ensuites and a third bathroom with shower. Open concept with kitchen, dinning and family room, LED TV and surround sound, gated community in a peaceful setting just 30 minutes from the strip.

Area Information

Lake Las Vegas (LLV) is a Paradise in the middle of the desert. It's a true Oasis with a small village with many outdoor dinning opportunities and a small Casino. Enjoy a nice dinner while listening to JAZZ or Rock & Roll on Friday or Saturday nights in the village. Be sure to visit the LLV activity calendar for many great events.

LLV is about 30 minutes from most Hotels on the strip and Freemont street. Close to great shopping and only 10 minutes to Lake Mead and about 15 minutes to Boulder(Hoover) Dam.

Very quite community with plenty of walking/biking trails.

Other Fees: $250 basic cleaning fee upon departure. The $750 refundable deposit will be returned after the property is inspected to insure the basic cleaning fee will cover the cleaning.

Wonderful Experience

As soon as we walked into the Townhouse we knew we picked a wonderful place to stay. It looked better than the pictures online and it was bigger than we had imagined. Everything was high end and plenty of amenities like really nice towels, sheets body pillows and kitchen pots and pans. The view from the very large balconies were gorgeous. I would definitely come back here anytime...

The location was great. It was across the street from the event. The condo's were well furnished. The access to the units were convenient with one unit having a digital keypad.

A:There are many great views from the "V" but having a corner upper unit gives our unit one of the best views in all the "V" properties. Great views of the Lake, the Mountains, the rising sun and moon perched over the golf course with a 270 degree view.
