Very comfortable and charming with a brand new king size urotop bed, well maintained one room studio Villa in a beautiful mountain, lake and golf resort.

The villa has a king size euro top bed with a queen foldout sofa and two extra leather seating chairs in the main room. Can sleep up to four.

There is a efficiency kithen with new cabinets and appliances:
a full size refrigerator,dishwasher,microwave/convection oven that bakes, cook top...and all the utensils and dishware one could want.

Has a large dressing room and seperte bathroom that has been recently updated with a new Moen shower head and Pottery Barn bathroom fixtures.

Pottery Barn updates; includes bedding, Euro and extra pillows, acessories and accents. Tastefully done and profesionally matted natural artwork.

Nestled in the treetops is a lovely porch with a Rattan love seat,two large sitting chairs,an outdoor rug and ceiling fan for those hotter nights(just like an extra room). Accented with planters and hanging baskets.

The porch is great for relaxing and enjoying the full folage in the spring and summertime or beautiful fall colors in the cooler months.

Rumbling Bald Resort at Lake Lure is private lake and golf resort which is surounded by beautiful mountains sitting at the north end of lake Lure and the base of Rumbling bald mountains in the southern Blue Ridge Mountains. Not far fromAsheville and black mountain.

The resort has three swimming pools; one with a lazy river, and one that is an indoor mineral pool that is open all year round with a sauna, steamroom and jacuzzi. There is a full service spa on site, a workout room, a recreation center which offers movie and game rentals.

There is a lake beachfront with outdoor grills and pinic tables and horse shoe pits, also great for lake swimming. There is a marina and lake cabanna with several boating options and boat cruising options. There are several great reasturants in the resort. Tennis, golf, volleyball, basketball courts and kid and teen outdoor programs are available. Fun for the adults too.. Sunset boat cruises, wine and cheese cruises and a lovely dinner cruise is avaiable throught the beach cabanna.

The resort is uncrowded and a perfect getaway. Lots of nature, lots of romance, lots of family fun! Just about everything you could want.

The Lake front, beach and all the resort amenities and golf courses are located less than a mile from the villa and accessable with the villa rental.
