This 2380 sq. ft. 4 bedroom, 2 bath resort home with its massive 22' by 31' GREAT ROOM with SURROUND WINDOWS AND SURROUND SOUND, may be RENTED OR PURCHASED, furnished or unfurnished.... Scherazade Pointe sets on a hill and from wrap-around decks, the view of the lake below and unforgetable morning sunrises and lights around the lake are beautiful.
The GREAT ROOM has surround double pane windows with glass doors that open to a double deck.
The MASTER SUITE with bay windows viewing the lake has a large WALK IN closet with "His" and "Her" entrances; a 5 fixture bath (double sinks) and SITTING ROOM with PRIVATE ENTRANCE and PRIVATE DECK.
A second bath and second bedroom also, has a private entrance and deck.
There are 4 bedrooms and 4 entrances to the home. The fourth bedroom could be used for an office. The CEREMIC TILE FLOORED KITCHEN is fully equipped and opens into a FAMILY ROOM with bay windows.
Appliances include a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. Along with furnished bedrooms, the Great Room includes a Hide-a-bed for those special family occasions.
