This wonderful summer getaway or winter retreat provides many activities for people who enjoy water and the outdoors. Overlooking one of the cleanest spring-fed lakes in southern Wisconsin, the house offers the following amenities: Sleeping accommodations for eight with two bedrooms each with two queen size beds. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room overlooking the lake and capturing magnificent sunsets. Sun room, dinette, and finished basement provide additional space. Central air conditioning and gas-log fireplace for all weather conditions. 70' of lakefront footage with sand-bottom swimming area. Boat lift available for a ski boat, sailboat, or jet ski. Linens and weekly housekeeping provided. DUE TO LOCAL ZONING LAWS, RENTALS ARE FOR 30+ DAYS OR MORE ONLY. Monthly rates range from $1,500 to $7,000 per month. The Rock Lake House is perfect for families, couples, or small groups.
